Before you may own a deck shop you must buy a license from me for 1500 Dp so go to the Main Shop and make a thread called [Deck Shop Request] (your name here) so i would put [Deck Shop Request] Yusei Fudo
I will tell you when the transaction is completed and you will be able to go to your profile and see you are a licensed deck shop owner (for this academy of course) if you try opening a deck shop without a license you will get a warning 5 warnings and you will be ban for a month to a year
